What is Sanjha Rasoi?

Sanjha means together or shared. Rasoi means kitchen. Sanjha Rasoi is a kitchen for all.

Why vegetarian and vegan?

The kitchen follows plant-based cooking principles and shows how varied, nourishing, and satisfying vegetarian food can be.

When did it start?

Word of mouth in Belgium around Himani's cooking led to Sanjha Rasoi in January 2019.

Meaning: Food is not merely a meal; it is culture, care, and a celebration of life.
