Vada Pav
Vada pav is also classified as India's Burger which is a golden-fried spiced Vada (potatoes dumpling) placed inside a Pav (bread bun) and sprinkled with coconut chutney. The dish has originated from the Western part of India but extremely famous throughout the country. People who haven't tried a Vada pav often don't understand the alleged charms of this ordinary snack. But, trust us one bite into the deliciousness and it will all seem worth it!
Gram Flour Covering Potato Balls in a Sandwich Bread

VADA INGREDIENTS
Besan (Gram Flour)
150-200 grams
Fresh Coriander Powder (grinded or crushed)
5 grams
Red Chilli Powder
2-3 grams
Turmeric Powder

Mango Powder (Amchur) OR Lemon Juice
3-4 grams OR 2-3 ml
Curry Patta (Curry Leaves)
10-12 leaves
Potatoes (Medium size)

Green Chilies (Medium size)

Coconut Chutney:
Once your Vadas are prepared, take a Pav (sandwich- if the sandwich is big, make it into two pieces) cut from between, spread coconut chutney in between and now place the Vada on top, press it a little and close the pav (sandwich).
To enjoy the Vada Pav, serve it with Indian Style Tea, Coriander Chutney, fried Green Chilli or Ketchup.
